VILE (ヴァイル) forms in Osaka (大阪)大阪.
Guitarist KAPO, bassist KAZUHIRO and keyboardist KEIICHI all leave. Guitarist Kenji Tanaka and keyboardist Keiichi Uchida both join, and drummer KARIMERO, who assumedly is the same person as later drummer Toshimichi Ito, begins using his real name - if not, he secedes and is replaced by Toshimichi Ito. Vocalist FUMIO also starts using his full name.
