MEMAI (眩~MEMAI~暈) is formed by vocalist IBITSU in Kyushu (九州)九州. (Most sources say April 1996, but IBITSU himself said it was March.).
First live is held at Kurosaki (黒崎) MARCUS (マーカス).

Veill disbands
Veill was a visual kei band in Kyushu. They were part of the kote kei subgenre. They were active from 1996 to 2001 and are now disbanded.
