Why are they non-vk? They are definitely shironurikei and they took part in many lives with vk bands. They are in the vk scene.

their aesthetic is eroguro nansensu and although you can often see eroguro combined with vk, they specifically are only eroguro. they don't even describe themselves as vk but as freak show punk.
