沙紅螺 is often romanized as Sacula because of the band's website URL, but in fact these were two separate bands: wafuu kei band Sakura (沙紅螺) and kote kei band Sacula. (The two names are pronounced the same.)
That being said, the Sacula side seems to have not performed very often.
Around this time, the website for kote kei alter-ego Sacula is changed to a website for wafuu kei Sakura (沙紅螺) instead, presumably meaning that the “dual band” concept ended.
