Due to management changes at the band's major label HoriPro, and due to the band's refusal to change their sound to fit with the label's new direction, NA-ZE? secedes from their major label and returns to indie status under their own label, LAISSEZ・FAIRE (レッセ・フェール).

The band announces that they are not “disbanding,” but rather “seceding en masse.” So despite avoiding the word “disband,” the group effectively breaks up.
NA-ZE? “secedes en masse” (総辞職)
NA-ZE? was a visual kei band. They were active from 1994 to 2000 and are now disbanded.
