MIL (ミル) forms.
Some time in fall 2004, vocalist K and bassist SHOSUKE secedes. Yuu (遊) joins on vocals. The only official source available is MAST's blog, which doesn't specify if K was the vocalist and SHOSUKE was the bassist or vice-versa. As he states vocalists first we would assume K was the vocalist.
MIL is said to be "newly forms" - it is confirmed that vocalist Yuu (遊) and support bassist RAY are present in the band at this time.
A live is scheduled to be held, but is cancelled. The band seem to stop activities for a while; they do not resume until March of 2005.
