Like ONI TO KAGE (オニトカゲ), several pictures of the band leader were revealed that gradually uncover his face. Unlike the other band, Heisa Byoto (閉鎖病棟) has one Twitter account for the band leader and one for the band itself. Around this point, all previous tweets regarding the band's activities are deleted from their band account and reposted on to the vocalist's account, and the band account's timeline "resets" with pictures related to pills, hospitals, drug abuse, and COVID-19.

you can check the QRTs of people welcoming him back and addressing him as Sui, also i'm friends w/ a former gozen reiji gya who saw Heisa Byoutou and confirmed it. :) (he replied to this tweet pretending not to know what gozen reiji is even though no one mentioned them so it's clearly a joke)
