Upon looking at multiple sources, I only see Mel having been in one band before GRIMOIRE and that was 超時空アンドロイド-PIECE-. But I am unsure what is correct, so there won't be any edits yet.

Yeah, I've seen that too. But Mel resembles Rem (ex-Vanish) much more than Ryo (ex-PIECE), so I've always believed that those sites have it wrong.
