CONVEX LEVEL is an active non-vkei band. They have been active since 1986.
Locking CONVEX LEVEL as they have no relation to vkei.
For reference: I think the ZK omnibus is fine to stay on vkgy because of the COALTAR OF THE DEEPERS appearance. However, none of the other bands there should have any fleshing out, as they’re firmly non-vkei. (In fact, COALTAR is too, but I’m fine with them staying due to the connections to vkei bands.)
