CHILD HOOD'S END is formed in Kyoto (京都)京都.
Twoman vs GIGASLAVE, with opening acts JOLLY PICKLES (ジョリーピックルス), Agnus∻Dei, Reve Personny, and GUILTY VICE, is held. A CD is freely distributed to attendees.
Drummer GO secedes. Later, YOMI begins as support drummer.
First oneman is held.
CHILD HOOD'S END become a semi-major act and sign to Zoom Records.
Support drummer YOMI leaves by the end of 2000, Support drummer MIYABI joins soon afterwards.
CHILD HOOD'S END changes its name to CHILD(チャイルド).
CHILD are dropped from Zoom Records and go on as a purely indies act.
CHILD go on a coupling tour with Lapis Lazuli and Snow Style.
Drummer YUSUKE officially joins.
CHILD sign to Mixture Love Records, an indies sublabel of Zetima.
Guitarist JIN (陣) changes his name simply to JIN.
CHILD become the official backup band for popular singer SONIM (ソニン).
Due to conflicts with their label as well as severe internal turmoil that caused vocalist YUJI to announce his departure, CHILD announces the next few lives will be their last and that they will disband afterwards.
CHILD officially disbands
CHILD was a visual kei band in Kyoto. They were part of the soft visual subgenre. They were active from 1996 to 2003 and are now disbanded.
