BANANA FISH disbands.
BANANA FISH was a visual kei band in Kyoto. They were active from 1989 to 1994 and are now disbanded.
@robkun, please inform me where you have found information that YASUHIDE was in this band. I see no record of anybody named YASUHIDE being in this band, and no keyboardist in BEAST either. The only one with the same apparent band progression is bassist NAGANO, who has said that he didn't play in BANANA FISH.
Grass thread seems to be inaccurate on this point - NAGANO, who has the same band progression as "YASUHIDE", has said that he did not play in BANANA FISH. Hence, I've edited this. Sorry!
I really don't understand this band. The only two lineups I see on any of their releases are "V. えーぽん (I guess that that's EIJI) / G. うめちゃん (UME) / B. ふるちゃん (unknown bassist) / D. たにくん (TANI)" and "V. EIJI / G. UME / B. AKIRA / D. TANI". The question is, were IDA and NAGANO ever bassists of the band? And who was "Furu-chan (ふるちゃん)"?
