According to Ayapi's website, the member change took place after an MV shoot for their song, "Charaikara" (チャラいから) went wrong. Ayapi had given the band and crew the wrong date for the shooting, thus the shooting of the MV became difficult and only a few takes were used. In addition, the editing process proved to be just as frustrating as all the members would leave in disgust, leaving Ayapi, who was facing financial hardships, to retire from music altogether. The release of "Charaikara" (チャラいから) - the CD and the MV itself - was postponed as a result.

No, it means "people's eyes " when it is read as "Hitome", but when it means "the order of people", it should bee"Sanninme".
If you know Japanese meaning, then it's obvious.
