Bassist Mi (みぃ) secedes and is replaced by Yuki Sakauchi (坂内勇気) soon afterwards.
Drummer Lisa (りさ) secedes and is replaced by HAGIWARA KOOSUKE (ハギワラコースケ) soon after. (This makes the previously all-female band mostly male.)

According to the website of Ayapi (ぁゃぴ), the member change took place due to an MV shoot for the song CHARA Ikara (チャラいから) that went wrong:
Ayapi (ぁゃぴ) had given the band and crew the wrong date for the shooting, thus the shooting of the MV became difficult and only a few takes were used.
In addition, the editing process proved to be just as frustrating as all the members would leave in disgust, leaving Ayapi (ぁゃぴ), who was facing financial hardships, to retire from music altogether.
The release of CHARA Ikara (チャラいから) CD (and MV) was postponed as a result. It was ultimately never released.
