spiv states' 2nd Mini Album "Futari no Hoshi" will introduce a new genre of "V-POP" as this all-A-side album bursts with V-POP that shows a new side of spiv states
With BUG's bassist TAKASHI and the support drummer GO of sads/kuroyume participating as guest players in the recording of this new mini album, spiv states will have expressed their specialty genre of POWER POP through fresh guitar sounds not only in 'Futari no Hoshi' and 'HEART,' but also in medium-beat ballad numbers such as 'Charon' and 'Lovers' Film.' Being born and raised in Kobe where he experienced the Kobe Earthquake in 1995, JUN started to compose 'Always' the day after the Tohoku-Pacific Earthquake hit Japan on 3/11. 'Always' has 2 versions, '-for Japan-' in Japanese and '-for the world-' in English, in hopes to send out his heartfelt message not only to Japan alone, but also to the whole world as he truly wishes to communicate with his overseas fans and supporters.
