This CD-R was sold by NEGA ENTERPRISES at the disbandment live of their rival session band Mizufuusen.
As with all NEGA ENTERPRISES releases, several different, but identical-looking versions of the CD-R were made, with each customer receiving one at random. Also like all other NEP releases, the CD-R features self-proclaimed “gorgeous(?)” packaging signed by the members.
The first song in this tracklisting was confirmed by the band, but they never did reveal the second one. However, it's theorized that the second track is a cover of Misty†Chrise “MARIA (...)”, and this is supported by an MP3 which appeared online in 2011, which features that track with alternate vocals.
