Hisui's page mentions that the release date is 1997-12-22. Can that be true?

I don't know anything about this release, but the scan provided has the trademark year be 1997. It could have been released in two batches, e.g. at lives in December, then nation-wide in January.

I'll edit it for now. For posterity, if this ought to be corrected again some other time, the date given previously was 1998-01-26.
