This is a KALEN (カレン) × Mar'derayla (マーディレイラ ~Mar'derayla~) coupling CD which was released in a collaboration between UNDER CODE PRODUCTION and visual shop Third Stage. Each band contributes one remastered song and one cover of a song by the other band.

This is the live and Third Stage-limited version which includes a bonus instrumental disc.
