This is part of the CROSS GATE 2001 collaboration between record labels Matina, L∞p Ash RECORDS, and Donuts Record West, and visual shop Third Stage (under its publishing branch, 【kapparecords】). Various message CDs, featuring different combinations of artists from those labels, were sold at Third Stage throughout the latter half of 2001.

This is the 4th volume, which features a 36 minute talk session of allure idea, Philia, and Syndrome (Asagi, Ruiza, and SIN only) members. The opening BGM is Maboroshi no Ichiya (幻の一夜) by Syndrome and the closing BGM is ・・・Air (from MIRAGE) by Kansai-Ume-Bara-Gumi (関西梅薔薇組), and samples of other songs are played throughout. Each copy featured a sticker with serial number (out of about ~200 copies?), and an insert with more information about the artists' releases.

A mistake was made in the recording of this CD. During their talk, allure idea introduces the song MiTEmiNUFURI (見テ見ヌフリ), but Genjitsu Touhi (現実逃避) is incorrectly played instead. The mistake was fixed in a later edition of the CD.
