This was a collaboration omnibus facilitated by the magazine SHOXX via its SPEC publishing unit. The CD features Matina versus L∞p・Ash RECORDS, with songs from both labels' bands. The release is also notable for featuring the only song attributed to the label itself, and also for collecting the first KISAKI PROJECT song (under the name KISAKI Solo PROJECT).
Sinkro's song, imagaK, is “Kagami” written backwards (the characters are even flipped in the booklet). English parts of DERAIL's song FROLIC @ DOLL are used from the 1959 song "I Only Have Eyes for You" by American doo-wop group The Flamingos. Loz'a≠Veria's song is listed as 「・・・・・・・・・」 on the title strip, but, according to the booklet, has a different title which the band was unwilling to disclose.
