A collection album put out by Universal Music featuring hit songs by visual-kei bands in the 90s. The point of the omnibus was to expose newer visual-kei fans in 2010 (what the company deemed to be the "second boom" of visual-kei) to the original hits that many of their favorites were inspired by (the "first boom," if you will).
