This CD + pamphlet set was freely distributed to attendees of a certain live. I think it was the Matina sponsored event, Matina PRESENTS 1999 IN TOKYO, on 1999-05-23 at Shibuya (渋谷) ON AIR WEST, but I'm not sure; some sources say 2000-04-25 is the release date (although that makes less sense to me). This is the TYPE.B version, which features the same pamphlet, but a different song selection on the CD.
