bug fix Turned off the extremely helpful automatic gamma correction from the on-server resizer, which was causing resized covers to look strange. Also corrected a bug with improper watermark placement, as well as one that was preventing thumbnails from loading for exclusive images. The CDN should now be handling all thumbnails, with the on-server resizer only handling the watermarked versions of exclusive images.
