Changes to blog articles, translations, and Twitter bot

Based on user feedback, dozens of major changes have been made to blog articles, translations, and social media posts. This update also comes with a slew of bug fixes and UI/UX improvements.

As always, with these improvements come more complexity. Please let me know of any issues you encounter.

Changes to blog articles

• Titles for new articles are capped at 140 characters (old titles are not affected). This will help prevent issues with tweets being too long, and will force us to be concise.
• The social media section is now open by default, and the UI has been overhauled.

Changes to translations

• You may now specify one user as the author of a translation. This must be done manually.
• Translations may now be queued, published, and tweeted independently of the English article.
• Deleting an English article now deletes any associated translations; deleting an English article's tweet will delete any tweets about associated translations.

Changes to tweets

• The tweet length calculation has been corrected and the UI has been improved.
• Hashtags can now be manually edited.
• Broken user mentions are now shown as crossed through and will be automatically removed.
• If a tweet is too long, extra information will be removed in this order: hashtags → artist mentions → user mentions.
• Tweets that are too long are now properly skipped and will no longer back up the queue.
• Translations are now tweeted out separately, as replies to the original tweet.
• A “tweet status” with countdown has been added.
• Certain users will now how the ability to force a tweet to publish immediately, or to delete a tweet after it's been published.

1. bug fix Modified DG\Twitter because for some reason the way they'd changed file handling caused tweets with images to fail. The update was about 2 years ago so it must just be me who was having an issue with it...?
