Artist/label/user tokens

As mentioned yesterday, artists, labels, and users will now appear as little tokens in places where you can enter text (instead of showing an ID number, slashes, etc). As with before, you can simply press / to search by artist name.

I've fixed all of the major bugs with this feature that I could find, so I'm opening the feature up to all VIP users for further testing. Please let me know if any bugs you encounter when summoning artists/labels/users in text boxes. (If you're having issues, you should be able to click 'plain editor' at the bottom of any textbox, and switch back to the old version.)

Tracklist pasting improvements

For a long time, you've been able to copy tracklists from other websites and paste them in when adding/editing a release. This feature has been updated to clean the tracklist a little better (e.g. remove numbers and periods). It also now works with tracklists that are all on one line, as long as each track is numbered (e.g. closet child).

I've also updated it to automatically insert romaji for any songs which have been added for that particular artist before. For example: if I add a new Phantasmagoria list and paste in some tracks, the romaji for 神歌 will automatically be filled out (but if one of the songs was a brand new title, it wouldn't get any romaji).

1. bug fix Updated initTribute and inlineSubmit to use full clean of tributing elements. Updated full clean to better target hard spaces, which were causing issues with band history parser.
2. bug fix Added Chrome checker to initTribute, and updated cleanTributingContent() to remove last newline from input, since Chrome seems to insert one. If user manually adds newline at end, it should still be preserved.
