This CD was only given to those who mail ordered both 公式V系たぬきの歌 & SMILE×SMILE CDs, while also ordering goods pertaining to 公式V系たぬきの歌; i.e: T-shirt, Photo sets, e.t.c. All in which totals to 25,000yen. Also the band gives you a chance to ask any questions you wanted and they would record their answer on a DVD. Unfortunately the band sent out a written notice with your whole package, that they couldn't press their answer on the DVD, so they gave you your very own YouTube link pertaining the answer to your question.
