Well, not sure if I'm more correct than anyone else. At this point it's just going on feeling.
Oh thanks for jumping on this, I was going to take a stab at it a little later when I got home but looks like y'all beat me to it. I was just going to take the individual kanji reading but I figured I'd let other folks take a look before I go make a mess of things haha.
刹傷 may be read as "Sesshou," which could be a word play of "殺生" (also read as "sesshou"). I am grasping at straws, so take that with a grain of salt.
That's why I try to bug bandmen on Twitter for proper romanizations, especially when it's a made-up compound or a twisted meaning that escapes a non-native speaker: sometimes they actually answer, and I've had Călătorie (Călătorie-カラトリア-) actually reply to a news tweet correcting one of my romanizations of his singles (oops!!).
Random kanji cobbled together with no official reading on the CD makes me a little mad. The album title and track 1 are the largest offenders, and I am not entirely sure on the readings as I have only taken the on-yomi readings and made something from them.
