The release date is unknown, but it is plausible that this tape dates from 1997 - based on a Fujicolor date stamp from the back of a privilege photo, as well as the production year of the cassette tape. Track 2, "Enbukyoku (円舞曲)", has the furigana "WALTZ (ワルツ)" above it - hence the romaji differing.
It's all the work of guitarist HIRO's compositional skills. It really is a good tape. There are a few videos of Rhythm Clear on YouTube too. Although the genre is different, the songs still have that unmistakable HIRO feel to them.
