An R-Shitei (R指定) album that caused quite a stir in the Western Visual-kei fandom for its promotion. Originally, the band leaked a PV preview where all of the band members were dressed like brightly colored school boys, each with their own respective brightly colored apple. As the album's release drew closer, a longer preview was revealed showing the true nature of the album and the beginning of the real music video for "VISUAL IS DEAD."

This album also highlights the band's decision to theme their music around "menhera," as highlighted by track 14. Menhera is the Japanese term for someone suffering with a mental illness, which has evolved into a fashion sub-culture as well as a sub-sect of visual-kei from 2012 or so onwards. Other bands that follow this theme include MEARY (メアリィ), JIGSAW (ジグソウ), and AvelCain.
