This is the immensely popular full album by Madeth gray'll―a visual kei classic. This first press contains a bonus track hidden after 32 tracks of silence. This press can be differentiated by its title strip, which has a black background (other presses feature a colored background).
This release was originally announced as a mini-album (with the same name).
The middle kanji in AkuratsuNARU 「Shimobe」 ni Sasagu is pronounced “Shimobe”, as indicated in the booklet.
The made-up word “zalemu” is often misspelled as “zaiemu” due to the somewhat squiggly font used by the band, which barely differentiates the letters L and I. However, upon zooming in on the larger print in the booklet, and comparison by typing those letters in the same font in Photoshop, the letter is unequivocally a lowercase L: “in the ZALEMU”.
I believe they took the word "zalemu" from Zalem (ザレム), the floating city featured in the GUNNM series (Battle Angel Alita in its English translated versions).
The kanjis "空中都市" could be translated as aerial city, if my Japanese knowledge is not totally off. The lyrics are about "the abandoned city where we were born" and an "ideal town that floats in the sky", which sort of fits the narrative of how ground dwellers have no access to Zalem and are forced to make a living in the Scrapyard (Kuzutetsu in the Japanese version).
Having said that, there's also this funny screenshot someone posted on Tumblr years ago: "Zalemu???".
