Not much is know about this video, other than that it has two versions:
One version probably was live-distributed during 1993; presumably during their lives at 1993-08-11 and onwards. That version had a cardboard case, and came with a live survey.
Another version was presumably distributed via mail-order during 1993 (as is evident of a flyer). That version had a hard VHS case.
The video's contents apparently is of a live. The line-up is the older one (i.e. V. 雅 / D. Shihiro). The tracklisting is only probable, based on a source which is slightly uncertain.
