Came in a cloth casing that snapped together with two white snap buttons on the back left corner. The back as the following printed on it:
"憧れも・・・理想も・・・弱さも・・・アナたも・・・ 全ては人間のエゴ・・・ 汚い程にエゴイスト・・・"
Which roughly translates to: "Admiration...ideals...weaknesses....and you... All of it is the human ego...The increasingly filthy egoist...".
The CD case itself has a picture of the band standing in a dark purple wasteland with a deep green sky, filled with lightning. The band members are all wearing masks (a vampire, a horse, and a gorilla), while frontman Shun is just wearing a black hood over his head. A similar picture is used on the back of the insert booklet and behind the CD. The CD itself does not have an image printed on it, and the front and back sides look exactly the same.
Added scans for a better album art, plus the internal artwork + the CD back. Changed this listing to be marked as through ENAMELL RECORDS, not NIPPON CROWN (日本クラウン) which a lot of sources seem to incorrectly state.
