The new UNDER CODE PRODUCTION band has been announced: REALies!
Their concept is “Nu wave”, and they've officially started activities as of May 1st. They've already announced their first release, a single called NuAGE, as well as their first sponsored events and oneman live.
Here's the exciting bit (at least for me): the vocalist and bassist are ex-Synside! I'm not sure about the other members yet, but speak up if you recognize them!

-- As I said, they've announced their first release. Surprisingly, they already have the covers up, as well as samples of both a song and of the PV: cover A, cover B, song sample, PV sample.
Their first release is a two type maxi-single, in celebration of their formation. Both types will contain the same two songs, while the A type will include a PV and the B type will include a bonus track. The privilege for buying both from the official web shop is an early ship date (2011-07-06) and a message + live DVD recorded at their 2011-07-01 oneman.

Surprisingly, their first live is also set to be their first oneman! The live is called /REALies/ 1st One Man -NuWAVE ROCK SHOW-, and will be held on 2011-07-01 at OSAKA MUSE. Those who attend will receive a special DVD present, although the contents haven't been announced.
Then, on 2011-07-03 and 2011-07-23, they'll sponsor two events under the name Stund UP!! (hopefully a typo). A special present will be distributed at those lives as well, although details of that have not been announced either.

-- So! What do you think? It's a little weird for me to see Rayka doing something “light” like this; but then again, the sample makes it seem like it may be a mixture of light and heavy sounds. They seem like they're going for a mix of NEU and HEISEI ISHIN (平成維新), but hopefully they'll carve out a niche of their own. I'm really excited and will definitely be buying their first release!

I noticed someone else mentioned Neo - that was the first thing I thought of, and Heisei of course. Not sure what I think of this - as a Synside fan I'm fidning it a bit odd hearing Rayka in this way but I'll reserve judgement for now

Now that I know that ex-Synside members are in this, it makes sense why they got a PV so fast. Synside members had a moderatly growing individual [member] fanbase.
I was expecting a darker band especially it being Rayka but this is nice!

Well I guess I'll have to join the not so excited poeple. It's really disapointing to see rayka return like this.( ；∀；) I see that undercode needs a new hesei isshin kind of band and only hard bands would get boring but... Why him? (´・ω・)

Sounds like Heisei Ishin vol.2 to me... but I like it, to be honest. It's weird to see/hear Rayka like this, but it still suits his voice.

Yeah, I'm so excited! It was kind of sad though to realize that the dream team of him + Lin is no more :( Lin is going overseas for a while too, so it seems that he won't be back any time soon, if ever. Oh well!
But yeah, the preview sounds decent, even if I wouldn't expect Rayka to do this kind of sound. I hope they're able to mix the light and heavy parts well. I'm excited!

Totally understand. Even if you do like this style, it's a bit weird to hear Rayka doing it. Hopefully they work it out and are successful.
