If you recall, CindyKate (シンディケイト) had been planning a free oneman tour to take place throughout March and April, but postponed it due to the earthquake. As of today, the tour has officially been cancelled, to be replaced by a new one:

Instead, they've announced a new free oneman tour, with hopes that it will help promote their next single to the top of the oricon indie charts. To help achieve this goal, they'll be distributing CindyKate (シンディケイト) panties. Yes, panties. Although the details haven't been decided, it seems that you'll buy a copy of their next single, present some proof of purchase at the live, and receive the panties.

A two-day sponsored event will be held as a tour final. As a special present, those who attend the event will receive a comment CD featuring one of the members (randomly selected). Details of the event's lineup will be announced later.
